Made with a neoprene-free, lightweight, elastic, perforated material that uses COOLMAX® AIR technology, it is quick drying and moisture-wicking to keep you cool and dry. This stabilizer can be used by those allergic or sensitive to latex, as it does not contain natural rubber latex. Two spiral stays on each side of the knee provide additional stabilization. The kneecap is cradled by a fully adjustable horseshoe that delivers supportive pressure to the kneecap, addressing tracking problems and managing pain. This knee stabilizer stays in place through the elastic hook and loop support strap, and its convenient finger-loops allow for easy application. To choose the correct size, sit on the edge of a chair, bend your knee at a 120° angle and measure the circumference of your thigh 4″ up from the middle of your kneecap. ​
